Service Description
Join my guided meditation group of like-minded individuals in these peaceful and deeply relaxing online meditation sessions. You’ll be guided through a soothing practice designed to: Calm the mind and reduce stress. Re-align your energy and recharge your spirit. Cultivate self-awareness and profound inner peace and calm. Each season (every 3 months) will feature a unique theme (e.g., relaxation, love, self-care, mental health, manifestation, grounding, emotional healing), allowing you to grow spiritually while feeling in a community of like-minded individuals who are on the same journey as you. Session Format: 40 minutes of guided meditation, with a particular theme each season (every 3 months) . If you subscribe for the half-year or yearly participation, you'll receive access to your own personal meditation participant login and accompaniment of your bi-weekly group meditation journey, step by step. There, you can also send me your meditation-related questions and receive answers from me personally. Join from anywhere: comfortable, relaxed, and free to participate in your own space. Choose your day and subscription plan: Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. 4 lessons (weekly), half a year (bi-weekly), or the full year (bi-weekly)
